Twelve Month Contract

$10.08/ft - RV/Boats/Trailers/Vehicles [No 5th Wheels]

• Annual Contracts will Auto-Renew at the end of the contract term. If you wish you cancel your Annual contract, you must do 30 days before the end of your current contract term by email to leasing@completecarestorage.com
• Annual Contracts start on the below dates (Storage before contract start date will be pro-rated) 
  • JANUARY 1st
  • APRIL 1st
  • JULY 1st
  • OCTOBER 1st
• Complete Care Storage reserves the right to adjust prices within fair market value at any time. You will be notified of such changes via email to the address provided above. 
  • Clients who choose to pay in full (as opposed to monthly) will be exempt from price increases within their term. 
• Our service team will provide concierge service, pulling your vehicle in & out.
  • Drop-off and Pick-ups: $3.00/Instance
• $300 Early Contract Cancellation Fee Applies 

Six to Seven Month Contract

$15.39/ft - RV/Boats/Trailers/Vehicles [No 5th Wheels]

• SEASONAL CONTRACTS BEGIN October 1st- October 31st (You will be sent an invoice with the prorated amount included after scheduling your first drop-off within this window) 
• SEASONAL CONTRACTS END April 30th. 
• Month-to-Month option at the end of your term is not guaranteed and will be provided based upon availability. 
• Clients who opt for Seasonal Contracts will not be guaranteed storage for the next season. We strongly encourage clients to opt for Annual Contract should they anticipate returning the next season.

• RATE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR OFF SEASON MONTHS: May to September
• $95.00 One-Time Onboarding Fee: this is for the cost of Meticulous Detailing to meet and greet you, measure and check-in your vehicle as well as run you through the ins and outs of the facility.This fee is non-refundable. 
• Please note that if you are storing multiple vehicles with us, as long as we can check in all vehicles at the same time you will only be charged 1 onboarding fee)
• Our service team will provide concierge service, pulling your vehicle in & out.
  • Drop-off and Pick-ups: $3.00/Instance

Month-to-Month

$150 per Stall/month - RV/Boats/Trailers/Vehicles Under 27'  [No 5th Wheels]

• $95.00 One-Time Onboarding Fee: this is for the cost of Meticulous Detailing to meet and greet you, measure and check-in your vehicle as well as run you through the ins and outs of the facility.
  • This fee is non-refundable. If your vehicle (including hitch) measures over 27' at the time of Meet & Greet, we will not be able to store your vehicle. 
• A hitch lock is very strongly recommended as a precaution for vehicles that can accept one. A key will need to be provided for the Meticulous team in case of emergencies. 
• If you have a vehicle that is over 27', we may be able to accommodate based on very limited availability. Please contact us at leasing@completecarestorage.com.
